Debra Stenner

Debra Stenner is an accomplished retired healthcare executive and leadership coach, currently serving as a consultant at Four Winds Consulting since November 2006. Stenner has extensive experience in healthcare information technology consulting, focusing on strategic consulting, product strategy, and workflow optimization. Previous roles include Chief Strategy and Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Planning and Product Strategy at nThrive from June 2012 to September 2016, as well as Vice President of Business Planning and Product Strategy at IDX System Corporation from 1987 to 2006. Stenner began a career in research, having held technician positions at the Mayo Clinic Foundation and the University of Vermont, where significant contributions to bone protein biochemistry research led to numerous publications and awards. Stenner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1978.
