Ronald Aveling

Ronald Aveling is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in both leadership and consultancy roles. Currently serving as Lead Designer at Thinkmill since March 2021, Ronald has previously held positions such as Senior Designer at Sanity.io and has worked as a Consultant in design and writing. Ronald has a strong background in web design and eCommerce management, notably at Offerman Woodshop, and has operated as Owner/Director of Ronald.is, providing independent design and user experience consulting. Additionally, Ronald founded Southern Wild, a boutique fermentary committed to organic Tasmanian ingredients. Early career highlights include multimedia development at West Office Exhibition Design and significant roles at esteemed institutions such as the Exploratorium and ACMI. Ronald holds a Design MBA along with qualifications in Spatial Information Architecture and a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honors).
