Tom Raffa

Tom Raffa is a serial founder and business leader who has co-founded and led multiple organizations since the 1980s. They have been CEO/Founder of Raffa, P.C. since 1984 and were Partner/Founder at Raffa Technologies (1988–2023); they also co-founded Zombie Coffee & Donuts (2013–2023) and Raffa Financial Services, Inc. (1999–2021). Earlier in their career, they served as Senior Accountant Manager at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting (1976–1984). Present roles include ThinkNimble (Co-founder, Company Owner, 2018–Present), Raffa Investment Advisers (Co-Founder / Business Owner, Strategic Advisor, 2005–Present), Pierian Services (Company Owner, 2023–Present), Pierag Consulting (Co-Founder, Company Owner, 2021–Present), and Vardaan CSR (Co-Founder / Advisor, 2014–Present). They previously led the National Leader of the Nonprofit and Social Sector Group at Marcum LLP (2018–2023) and retired in September 2023, and they are pursuing a BSBA at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
