Flavio Vantin

Flavio Vantin has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development. Flavio most recently worked as a Software Developer at ThinkOn Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr Software Developer at OpenText from June 2022 to May 2023. During this time, Flavio was responsible for the development and maintenance of the Content Management system. Flavio also analyzed and designed new functionalities and implemented backend services and UI using Java and Backbone JS.

Before joining OpenText, Flavio worked at WorkJam from May 2021 to June 2022. In this role as a Software Developer | SWAT, they were part of the support team and responsible for solving technical problems in the production environment. Flavio also implemented Python scripts to automate routine tasks, utilizing technologies such as Java8, Rest Web Services, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, and Google Data Loss Prevention.

From September 2019 to March 2021, Flavio worked at FITec as a Senior Software Developer. Flavio also led the technical team and implemented the Jenkins pipeline for DevOps. Prior to that, Flavio worked as a Senior Software Developer at Brasil Pre-Pagos Administradora De Cartoes (Dock) from February 2018 to August 2019. Flavio developed a digital payment platform using Java, ReactJS, and AWS, and also performed DevOps activities and process automation.

Flavio's earlier work experience includes roles at FV Software, CI&T, Rail Movement Planner, BV Financeira Sistemas, and Ferreira Vantin Consultoria. Notable responsibilities during these positions include analyzing and developing a pallet management system, PL/SQL development, web application development, system integration, and technical support for ore transport companies.

Flavio Vantin obtained their Bachelor's degree in B. Tech. Information Technology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, they attended the Technical School of Data Processing (Garça-SP), specializing in information technology.
