Jim Gitzinger

Jim Gitzinger has extensive experience in IT and systems management, currently serving as a Site Reliability Engineer at ThinkOn Inc. since October 2016. Previously, Gitzinger worked at PC Mall Services as a Backup Administrator utilizing Commvault, and at Alcon as an IT Specialist, providing global support for production and test jobs with Control-M, Autosys, and NetBackup software. Additional roles include Tape Librarian at Pomeroy, System Engineer at Syniverse supporting GSM data services, and Systems Specialist at Verizon Data Services, where responsibilities included mainframe system support and management of a large tape library.
