Karla Jensen

Karla Jensen, CHRL, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Course Instructor at Seneca College since September 2006, Karla teaches in the CERC professional designation program. Previously, Karla held significant roles at Ericsson from August 2007 to March 2023, culminating as the Head of People Canada, where responsibilities included strategic business partnerships and overseeing HR functions for the Canadian division. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Advisor for Harry Rosen, focusing on employee relations and talent retention. Karla holds a Human Resources Executive Education from Queen's University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Manitoba.
