Saif Ahmed is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in data storage and protection solutions. Currently serving as a Sr. Solution Engineer at ThinkOn Inc. since April 2020, Saif is involved in infrastructure planning and design for Dell ECS Cloud object storage and related technologies, while also supporting cross-departmental automation efforts using Linux and PowerShell. Previously, Saif held the position of Sr. Solution Architect at The Hospital for Sick Children, where the focus was on disaster recovery design and implementation. Saif's long tenure at EMC spanned from November 1999 to July 2016, where roles included Sr. Field Service Specialist, IS/Solution Architect, and Team Lead for Customer Support Engineers. Saif's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Statistics from the University of Karachi, along with studies at Humber College from 1992 to 1996.
