Currently serving as Operations Manager at Thinkpath Engineering Services, LLC since September 2014, Matthew oversees a team of 37 engineers, designers, and checkers, focusing on CAD design and drafting services, project costing, and quality delivery for clients, including General Dynamics Land Systems Canada. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Development Engineer at Masco Canada, where Matthew specialized in commercial plumbing products, and various engineering positions at Wintek Engineering and Schaeffler Canada, contributing to health and safety compliance and automotive bearing development. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
