Beth Heald

Beth Heald is a skilled service designer and strategist with a diverse background in design roles across various companies. They began their career as a Junior Designer at The Grid Creative Ltd and have since held positions such as Freelance Product Designer at Snook and Service and Interaction Designer at Kingfisher Digital. Most recently, Beth is a Senior Manager at ThinkPlace, bringing extensive experience in service design and systems thinking from previous roles at WAE and Accenture Song. Beth holds a BA in Graphic Design from Kingston University and has also completed an Erasmus year at Westerdals Oslo School of Arts, Communication and Technology.
