Bill Bannear

Bill Bannear is an experienced professional currently serving as the General Manager for Consortia, Coalitions, and Ecosystems at ThinkPlace since June 2014. Bill has held various leadership roles at ThinkPlace, including Managing Director Singapore and Senior Executive Designer, focusing on transforming complex systems for public value through a human-centred approach. Prior to ThinkPlace, Bill worked for the Australian Government as an Assistant Director and Executive Officer, providing strategic support and leading key initiatives. Bill's earlier career includes serving as a Senior Research Officer for the Department of the Senate, Coordinator of International Relations for Kagoshima City Hall, and Research Assistant at the Australia-Japan Research Centre. Bill holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Asian Studies from The Australian National University.
