Cate Shaw is a cross-disciplinary designer and design educator dedicated to fostering community engagement and co-design for transformational change. Currently serving as Executive Design Manager at ThinkPlace since 2013, Cate is skilled at navigating complex challenges and building empathy among diverse groups. Previously, they coordinated the Fashion Design program at the Canberra Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2012. Cate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Newcastle, earned between 1989 and 1992.
