Michael Ngigi

Michael Ngigi is the Chief Executive Officer of ThinkPlace Africa, specializing in strategy, research, design thinking, and behavioral science. With a strong background in leading diverse teams of problem solvers, Michael has directed initiatives that tackle complex challenges in global development and the private sector. Previous roles include Senior Executive Designer and CEO at ThinkPlace, Creative Director for Africa at Swivel Group, and Lead Designer at Capital FM Kenya. Michael is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Harvard Business School, reflecting a commitment to leadership and innovation.
