Andrea Mair

Andrea Mair started their work experience in 2012 at FERCHAU Engineering as an HR Officer IT. Andrea then became the Manager of Recruitment from April 2016 to December 2017. In 2018, they joined Thinkproject as a Human Resources Manager and later progressed to become the Head of Human Resources. From January 2022 to November 2023, they served as the Head of People & Organisation. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People & Culture at Thinkproject starting from December 2023.

Andrea Mair attended Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
