Andreas Blücher

Andreas Blücher has extensive experience in information security and compliance, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Compliance Director at Thinkproject since February 2007. In addition to this role, Andreas has held positions such as Group Information Security Officer, Information Security and Quality Officer, Head of Quality & Support, Head of Project Planning & Controlling, and Senior Developer within the same company. Prior to Thinkproject, Andreas worked at domus Verlag- und Servicegesellschaft mbH as the Leiter IT-Abteilung from January 1999 to January 2007, and at BASF from January 1996 to December 1998, focusing on molecular modeling and quantum chemistry. Andreas holds a Diplom in Physics and a Vordiplom in Computer Science from Freie Universität Berlin, completed between 1990 and 1996.
