Janina Kugel

Janina Kugel is a board member at Thinkproject. Janina was previously a member of the supervisory board at TUI from April 2021 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Before that, they were with EQT Group.

Kugel began their career at Pensions-Sicherungs-Verein, where they worked from January 2001 to December 2004 as Director of Strategy Business Transformation. Janina then moved to Konecranes, where they worked from January 2005 to December 2012 as Director of Human Resources. In January 2013, they joined Siemens AG, where they served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Member of the Managing Board until January 2020. Janina was also Siemens' Chief Diversity Officer during their tenure there.

Janina Kugel has a Master of Economics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Verona.
