Kathrin Rieder

Kathrin Rieder serves as the Director of Services Academy & Operations and Head of Thinkproject Academy at Thinkproject since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading solution training initiatives. Prior to this role, Kathrin held the position of Senior Specialist in HR Development at FTI GROUP, overseeing the implementation of a learning management system and the design of eLearning content. Previous experience includes roles as Cluster Training & Quality Manager at Hilton, where training programs were developed in alignment with hotel strategies, and Learning & Development Manager at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, focusing on leadership training and performance appraisals. Early career experience includes positions in front office operations and various roles during an apprenticeship in the hospitality industry. Kathrin holds a degree in Business Economics for Hotel and Catering from Hotelfachschule Hannover and is a certified Personal & Business Coach from Coaching Akademie Berlin.
