Lutz Bettels

Lutz Bettels currently serves as the Regional Vice President Central at Thinkproject, starting in July 2024. Prior to this role, Lutz Bettels held various leadership positions at Bentley Systems from August 2007 to July 2024, including Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Global Vice President of Manufacturing & Facilities. Lutz Bettels also gained experience at Dassault Systèmes Solidworks as Business Manager for Education Europe from October 2004 to July 2007, and at Nemetschek AG in several management roles from September 2000 to August 2004. Earlier career experiences include positions at Bentley Systems from 1994 to 2000 and at Intergraph from 1989 to 1994. Lutz Bettels earned a Dipl.-Inform. degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Koblenz and Landau between 1989 and 2003.
