Glyn Cryer

Glyn Cryer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change. As Co-Founder of Thinkrum since February 2018, Glyn has focused on purpose-driven and social impact organizations, offering expertise in enterprise incubation and human-centered design. From April 2023 to August 2025, Glyn served as an Adviser for Hort Innovation, contributing to strategic investments aimed at developing the industry towards a $22 billion goal by 2030. Previous roles include Adviser at the Centre for Inclusive Design and Program Director within the NSW Government, alongside positions in the Australian Public Service where Glyn led capability and performance initiatives. Glyn's career also includes significant leadership roles in digital transformation at Cancer Council NSW and a background in executive positions in public affairs, creative industries, and consultancy. Glyn holds an MBA from Macquarie Business School and has completed the Company Directors’ Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
