Julia Ridpath is the Research Director at Thinks Insight and Strategy, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as Research Lead and Associate Director at BritainThinks from 2015 to 2021. Julia also gained experience as a Campaigns Advisor and Message Analyst for The Labour Party in 2015, as well as an intern for Obama for America and Transparency International UK in 2012. They obtained a degree in History and Politics with First Class honors from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2009 to 2015.
