Robert Phelps

Mr. Phelps head of Drivers Management Team, focusing on the most importatn drivers of critical decisions. The Drivers are often Qualitative because the Quantitative Factors are already efficiently modeled. Mr. Phelps has a BS from Tulane University and an LLB from Tulane University School of Law.
