C.N M. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. They began their career as a Technical Authorizations Specialist at Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) in November 2011 and held this role until October 2019. In September 2020, they joined Fully Managed as a Project Coordinator and then transitioned to the role of National PMO Lead from July 2021 to October 2022. Following that, they worked as a Project Manager at CompuVision Systems - A VC3 Company from October 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are serving as a Project Manager - Digital Adoption at ThinkTech Software Inc. from February 2023.

C.N M. began their education in 2012 when they enrolled at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) to pursue a field of study in Petroleum Geological Applications. They completed their studies in 2013 and continued their education at SAIT by undertaking a program in Land Administration. This program lasted from 2013 to 2014.
