Parul Soni

Parul Soni is a distinguished leader and innovator in the field of social development, serving as the Founder and Secretary General of the Association of Business Women in Commerce and Industry since January 2021, which aims to empower women entrepreneurs globally. As the Founder and Global Managing Partner of Thinkthrough Consulting since June 2015, Parul Soni provides strategic consulting services. In addition, Parul is a Co-Founder and Chief Mentor at Sarpanch and leads the Social Protection Component of the CARES Program for the Asian Development Bank. Previous experience includes roles as Country Director for WEConnect International, Global Deputy Leader at EY, and Associate Director at KPMG India, focusing on CSR and nonprofit initiatives. Parul Soni's academic background includes an EAFM in Economics and Financial Management from the University of Rajasthan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
