Adrian Erlinger

Adrian Erlinger is an experienced professional in the fields of AI, innovation, and international education, currently serving as the Director of AI and Innovation Programs at ThinkTrends since December 2024. Prior to this role, Adrian led the Ideate Program at Portfolio T from June 2022 to December 2024, focusing on venture studio initiatives. With a significant tenure at American Councils for International Education as Senior Program Manager from August 2013 to June 2022, Adrian directed public diplomacy programs. Earlier roles include Content Analyst at Hanover Research, Account Manager at The PBN Company, and freelance writing and editing. Adrian's foundation in research and analysis was established as an analyst at AFA Press and as a research assistant at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Adrian holds a B.A. and M.A. in Russian and East European Studies from The University of Kansas and has further education from the University of Warsaw.
