Irit Wald Eilon

Irit Wald Eilon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Irit is currently the CEO at Chilax-Employees Empowerment, a role they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, Irit founded and served as the CEO of NewFeel, a fitness club. During their tenure at NewFeel, they collaborated with the Israeli Education Office as a Wellness Specialist and played a key role in developing and delivering health education to large-scale companies. Before that, Irit worked as the Manager of Pilate's Div at GoActive: Health & Fitness Club, where they established and managed three Pilates studios, recruited and led a team of instructors, sales and retention staff, and focused on providing excellent customer service to enhance customer penetration. Additionally, Irit worked as an Automation Engineer at Radlan Communication from 2001 to 2004. In 2013, they co-founded the ThinkUp app, where they served as the Co-Founder and Customer Success Manager. This technology-based application aimed to train the mind towards achieving personal goals and promoting positive self-talk.

Irit Wald Eilon attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel from 1996 to 2000. Irit pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication System Engineering during their time at the university.
