Don Wiggins has worked in the IT industry since 1991. Don began their career at Positive Business Solutions as a Systems Administrator and then moved to Projetech in 2008, also as a Systems Administrator. In 2013, they joined Trivantis as a CourseMill Support Specialist, where they provided technical support to clients, helping them maintain their Windows Servers, administer servers in their VMWare environment, and set up group policies to successfully run CourseMill. Don also assisted larger clients with load balancing their Windows Servers and Tomcat application servers. In 2018, they joined ThinkWare as a Technical Support Analyst.

Don Wiggins attended Cincinnati State from 1993-1994, studying Computer Engineering.
