Aj Gabriele

Aj Gabriele has worked for several companies in a variety of roles. From 2007 to 2009, they worked for Blizzard Entertainment as a Game Master. From 2009 to 2012, they worked for NCSOFT as an Account and Billing Representative. During this time, they achieved organizational objectives by providing support and assistance regarding customer success Team development for Oracle in EMEA and met and exceeded desired outcomes by managing difficult clients. From 2012 to 2013, they worked for Kabam as a Player Experience Agent, delivering exceptional performance in facilitating high value players, executing strategic techniques to monetize games, and creating and delivering training sessions. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have worked for Thinkwell as a Director of Implementation, managing the overall health of the course life cycle, participating in meetings with key clients, and implementing best practices in support for all Thinkwell users.
