Birgit Kamps

Birgit Kamps is the current director at ThinkX and was previously the CEO of Hire Universe LLC and Blindspots Podcast. Birgit was also the CEO and founding partner of HireSynergy Inc, which they quadrupled in size. Under their leadership, the company was ranked by the Houston Business Journal as part of Houston’s “Top 25 Area Permanent Placement Firms”, “Fastest Growing Women Owned Businesses” and “Top 10 Best Places to Work”. In April 2008, HireSynergy was acquired by Addison Search, a privately held national firm.

Birgit Kamps completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business, with a focus in accounting. Birgit went on to complete their education at The University of Texas at Austin.
