David Coombes

David Coombes is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development, remote access solutions, and virtualization technologies. Currently serving as the Director at ThinScale Technology Ltd. since May 2014, David focuses on producing innovative products for the Thin Client and Desktop Virtualization markets. Previously, David held key roles including Lead Architect for Portal Technologies at Barclays Investment Bank, designing workspace aggregation technologies, and Remote Access and Mobility Architect at RBS Global Banking & Markets, overseeing global remote access projects for thousands of users. As the founder and director of The Development Cloud, David specialized in cloud-based security solutions. David's earlier experience includes serving as CTO at Accario Inc., where product architecture was a primary focus, and consulting roles at Dilgenter and Vistorm, where extensive work was done on various enterprise technologies and virtualization solutions.
