Michael Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in material science and product development. Currently serving as Lead at Thintronics® since September 2025, Michael focuses on innovations in low Dielectric Loss materials. As an Expert Witness since January 2019, Michael provides specialized testimony in various scientific fields. Michael owns Idea Sculptors, LLC, a company that aids individuals in realizing product ideas, and holds the position of Chief Scientist at Zenwa, where new intraocular lens technologies are being developed. Michael's previous roles include Senior Manager and Technical Manager at Align Technology, Chief Scientist of Research and Development at Colorado Photopolymer Solutions, and Research Associate at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Michael's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Photo-Chemistry and a Master's in Polymer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi, along with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Berry College.
