Third supports the pre-disclosure stage of domestic abuse - the point before someone has spoken to the police, a friend, HR, or a support service.

We work in two ways.

First, through education, training and awareness. We help workplaces create safer, healthier environments by building understanding around domestic abuse, coercive control, sexual harassment and violence against women and girls. From executive leadership to wider employee teams, our workshops are tailored to create a shared level of understanding, strengthen responses to disclosures, and support cultures where safety, dignity and respect are actively upheld...not simply written into policy.

Second, through our women’s support app, Third. Many support systems only become available once a woman has disclosed abuse or formally identified what is happening to her. But coercive control often exists in uncertainty, confusion and self-doubt long before that point. Third provides a safe, private and secure space for women to document experiences, recognise patterns of behaviour, and keep a personal record in their own time and on their own terms.

We believe earlier understanding creates earlier support and that women deserve tools, workplaces and communities that recognise abuse before crisis point.
