Wesley Chen

Wesley Chen is currently the Senior Director of Corporate Development at Third Arc Bio, focusing on corporate strategy and operations for the discovery and development of multifunctional antibodies. Previously, they served as the Director of Oncology Business Strategy and Operations at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from 2022 to 2024, as well as holding various roles in external innovation at Johnson & Johnson from 2020 to 2021. Wesley was also a NIH Biotechnology Predoctoral Training Program Fellow at MIT from 2014 to 2017 and earned a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from MIT, where they developed novel preventative methods against toxin exposure. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the California Institute of Technology, completed in 2012.
