We build the machine that turns noise into wisdom.

Third Ark is a Liverpool-based AI foundry specializing in the curation, creation, and deployment of Small Language Models (SLMs). We don't just process data; we engineer "Sovereign Intelligence" - specific, high-value knowledge bases that live offline, online, or on-demand.

The Foundry Model Our proprietary tech pipeline is the engine behind our work:

PULSE: Our ingestion engine that scrapes, gathers, and structures deep knowledge.

THE MEDIA ENGINE: The processing core that transforms raw data into usable content—generating wiki sites, reports, flexible media, and highly tuned SLMs.

What We Ship We deploy intelligence in its most usable forms.

Curated SLMs (Offline AI): We build distinct AI personalities and knowledge vaults (e.g., survival guides, historical archives) delivered on secure SSD drives with a native browser interface. No internet required. Pure, sovereign knowledge.

Brand Incubation: We identify opportunities and "Zombie IP" to spin out fully functioning media brands—complete with newsletters, wikis, and social profiles.

Client Solutions: We help organisations unlock their back catalogues. Whether you are a publisher with decades of archives or a brand wanting to own a specific territory, we turn your dormant data into active, generative assets.

Our Ecosystem We prove our technology by building our own brands first. We are the power behind The Ready State, the leading intelligence platform for municipal AI.
