Carol Aleman

Carol Aleman is an experienced software engineering manager currently leading the agile cross-functional Core Knowledge Management team at Third Bridge Group Limited since November 2018. Carol has a strong background in recruitment, having previously served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Totaljobs Group, where responsibilities included overseeing non-sales recruitment across various sectors in the UK and mentoring talent acquisition staff. Earlier experience as a recruitment consultant at Morgan Hunt focused on human resources roles, while initial years included working as a software engineer and system administrator at ARCADIALAB. Carol holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Birmingham City University.
