Caroline Ritter is the SVP of Sales Strategy & Operations at Third Bridge. Caroline has over 20 years of experience in commercial strategy and operational excellence. Prior to joining Third Bridge, Caroline was the Global Head of Commercial Strategy & Operational Excellence at CEB (now Gartner). In this role, they were responsible for leading a team that built and executed a three-year strategic roadmap with multi-phased initiatives including development of best-in-class operating capabilities, business process reengineering, best practice implementation, client experience design, generation of data-driven insights and reinvention of a dynamic commercial culture.

Under Caroline's leadership, the team achieved double-digit growth through the transformation of the commercial teams into a world-class global commercial function. Caroline also drove multiple cross-functional, firm-level initiatives including design and launch of a commercial go-to-market strategy framework, pricing strategies to support new product launches in global markets, and client lifecycle management.

Caroline is passionate about enabling global leaders and all levels of staff with a focus on the optimal client experience and superior performance. During their time at CEB, they helped the company achieve annual bookings of over $250 million and an annual growth rate of 10% to 12%.

Caroline Ritter has a B.A. in Biology from the University of Virginia and is Challenger certified trainer.
