Charlton Dwight

Charlton Dwight is a seasoned professional currently serving as Managing Director of APMA at Third Bridge Group Limited, where responsibilities include leading Asia offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and Mumbai, as well as managing client relationships across the APAM region. Previously, Charlton held the position of Head of APMA Region, Commercial, founding the Hong Kong office in 2012 and overseeing all commercial teams in Asia. Before joining Third Bridge, Charlton co-founded the New York office of Cognolink, managing client services for North American buy side clients, and played key roles in research and client servicing. Earlier experience includes a role in Corporate Strategy & Government Relations at GTECH Corporation and an internship in Logistics Planning at Metro Cash and Carry. Charlton holds an MSc in International Management from King's College London and a BA with dual majors in European History and International Development Studies from McGill University.
