Jacek Trybuchowski

Jacek Trybuchowski is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles. Currently serving as the CEO of L'Osteria at FR L'Osteria SE since October 2023, Jacek also holds positions as a Member of The Supervisory Board at FR L'Osteria Holding SE and DIJO, alongside being a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Nine's, in partnership with Robert Lewandowski. Jacek's consultancy expertise spans various segments within the restaurant industry across Europe, Russia, and China. Past roles include significant contributions to AmRest as COO and Board Member, where Jacek was instrumental in M&A strategies and market expansions into multiple countries. Jacek's career began with Yum! Restaurants International, leading operational strategies for KFC in Russia. Jacek holds a Master's degree in Administration and Marketing from the University of Szczecin and a BA from the Westpomeranian Business School in Szczecin.
