Jason Lydon is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in workforce planning and analytics. Currently serving as the Global Head of Operations and Global Head of Workforce Planning at Third Bridge Group Limited since October 2019, Jason oversees global workforce operations and performance analytics for the Connections Research & Insights organization, developing capacity management and resource sharing programs across multiple continents. Prior to this role, Jason spent nearly a decade at Wayfair, where responsibilities included leading global workforce operations and customer analytics for Sales & Service, managing core operations teams that supported over 3,500 employees. Jason's earlier experience includes various positions in workforce planning at Wayfair and a role as General Manager at Jake's 5 Star. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Keene State College.
