Josephine de Anda has a diverse background in research, design, and mentorship. Josephine served as a Mentor and Lab Assistant in the Pomona College Biology Department from August 2019 to March 2020, and later held the position of Laboratory Assistant at the Artandi Lab at Stanford University in July 2019. In addition, Josephine gained experience as a Senior Designer for The Student Life Newspaper from January 2022 to May 2022, while simultaneously working as a Research Intern at Ibis Reproductive Health from January 2022 to December 2022. Josephine progressed to roles at Third Bridge Group Limited, initially as a Research Associate from June 2024 to December 2025, before becoming a Senior Research Associate in December 2025. Additionally, Josephine completed an internship as a Studio Intern at Zankov from August 2023 to June 2024. Josephine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Analysis and Biology from Pomona College between 2018 and 2022.
