Joy Zhu

Joy Zhu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Manager of Compensation & Benefits for Asia at Third Bridge Group Limited since January 2018, focusing on compensation, payroll, benefits, employee life cycle, and expat management in China. Prior to this role, Joy worked as an HR Supervisor at Z-Ben Advisors from May 2014 to January 2018, managing recruitment and the employee life cycle in Shanghai. Joy's experience also includes serving as an HRBP Specialist at 亿滋食品, where responsibilities included employment contract renewals and attendance management for the East China Sales Department. Earlier work as a Marketing Specialist at New Oriental Education & Technology Group provided foundational experience. Joy is currently pursuing an MBA at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, following a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Shanghai Normal University.
