Matthew Thomson

Matthew Thomson possesses a diverse background in the beverage industry, with significant experience in brewing and sales roles. Starting as a Student Experience Team-member at UCOL Universal College of Learning from January 2012 to January 2013, Matthew transitioned into the brewing sector, holding positions at CRATE Brewery, Garage Project, and The Emerson Brewing Co Ltd. Between August 2019 and December 2021, Matthew served as a Craftbeer Sales Executive at Lion and later became a Channel Account Manager at Havana Coffee Works from December 2021 to April 2023. Presently, Matthew operates as an Account Executive at Third Bridge Group Limited, having worked as a Partnerships Account Manager at The Brokerage from September 2023 to August 2025. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Massey University, completed in 2013.
