Neil Casey

Neil Casey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as the Global Director and Head of Strategic Talent Acquisition at Thoughtworks since March 2016, Neil oversees the Global GTM Talent Acquisition function and the Global Contractor Supply Engine. Additionally, as the Owner and Founder of Manor House Gallery since January 2023, Neil focuses on an online art dealership specializing in Northern Art. Neil also provides expertise as an Independent Industry Advisor on Talent Acquisition for Third Bridge Group Limited. Previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at Test Direct, Director of Client Services at Havas People, and various leadership positions in recruitment operations at Randstad Sourceright, hyphen Workforce Solutions, and Oracle Corporation. Neil holds a BSc in Biological Science from the University of Central Lancashire and completed executive education at Harvard Business School Online.
