Paul Rich

Paul Rich is an experienced operations and sales professional with a diverse background in management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Genius Bar Manager at Apple since July 2016, Paul oversees operational rigor and service delivery initiatives at the largest Apple service resource in North UK. Previously at Third Bridge Group Limited as a Registered Consultant, Paul provides industry expertise in the SME Power and Gas market. Additional roles include notable positions at British Gas as a Retention Channel Manager, Machine Mart as Call Centre Manager, and E.ON where Paul held multiple management roles in business development and tele-marketing. Paul began their career at Barclays Bank, where responsibilities ranged from Retail Branch Manager to various customer service roles. Paul holds a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Glasgow Institute Of Counselling and GCSE qualifications from Farnborough College of Technology.
