Steven Miller

Steven Miller is an experienced operations management consultant with a strong background in manufacturing, business development, supply chain, inventory management, and quality systems. Currently serving as an Operations Management Consultant at Third Bridge Group since August 2025, Steven previously held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Summerset Marine Construction, overseeing operations across multiple locations and leading strategic initiatives for product and service quality. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Systems, LLC in various capacities such as Senior Vice President of Operations, and Director of Operations at Tramont Manufacturing LLC, where responsibilities spanned production, maintenance, safety, and logistics.
