Jon Womack

Jon Womack is the Managing Partner at Third City Properties, where they have been investing in and managing real estate since 2016. They focus on improving neighborhoods on the West and Northwest sides of Chicago while managing a portfolio of over $25 million in assets across multiple cities. Jon was the founder of the Northwest Side Building Coalition and actively participates in various community organizations, including the Neighborhood Building Owner Alliance and the Austin African American Business Networking Association. Prior to their current role, Jon held senior positions at prominent firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers and JPMorgan Chase, honing their expertise in operations and consulting. They earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University.
