Deepti Y is an experienced talent acquisition and leadership development professional with a diverse background in recruitment and mentorship. As the Founder of Euforbia since December 2016, Deepti focuses on partnering with founders to create impactful leadership teams for digital and climate-oriented startups. In addition to this role, Deepti serves as a Mentor at Third Derivative and has experience as a Venture Scout at Picus Capital. Prior positions include Head of Talent Acquisition at Hike, where leadership in identifying global talent supported significant growth, and Associate Director at RGF International Recruitment, contributing to executive search efforts. Deepti’s career also encompasses leadership roles at Gi Group, where senior management searches were conducted for the technology sector, and Tech Mahindra, where global talent acquisition strategies were developed for a substantial practice. Beginning as an Assistant Manager at ConvergeLabs Software Technologies, Deepti's career spans over two decades in the recruitment and HR domain.
