Roy Torbert is currently serving as the Head of Programs at Third Derivative. Prior to this role, Roy worked at Google as a Business Executive handling district systems and energy. With extensive experience at Rocky Mountain Institute, Roy led various projects in Southeast Asia focused on decarbonization and renewable energy development. Roy has also worked with Booz Allen Hamilton and interned at NATO and GE Middle East and North Africa. Roy holds a BA in International Relations and Finance from William & Mary.
