Alejandro Ruelas

Founder & CEO at THIRD EAR

Alejandro Ruelas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1986, they worked as a Senior Marketing Executive and Advisor to International Operations at Anheuser-Busch, Inc., where they directed multicultural marketing activities in the U.S. and managed brand marketing efforts in Puerto Rico until 1998. In 1998, Ruelas founded LatinWorks, a creative agency that later became known as THIRD EAR, providing marketing solutions to Fortune 500 companies targeting the new U.S. consumer mainstream. Alejandro served as the Founder and Managing Partner of LatinWorks/THIRD EAR until 2019. In the same year, Ruelas started their role as the Founder and CEO of THIRD EAR, a Listen-First creative solutions agency headquartered in Austin, Texas. Additionally, in 2019, Ruelas became a Founding Partner and Managing Director at CapStream Group, an investment bank that specializes in providing creative solutions for business owners.

Alejandro Ruelas has a BA in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Los Angeles. Alejandro also attended Harvard Business School for a 3-year program in Organizational Leadership through Omnicom University at Babson College. Additionally, Alejandro obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
