Jay Malone has worked in the software testing and content creation industries since 2003. Jay's work experience includes Quality Assurance Lead at Third Iron, Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst at Full Sail University, Test Engineer in self-employment, Social Media Marketing Manager at Odyssey Art, Co-Host/Editor at Push to Regen Podcast, and Quality Assurance Project Manager/Senior Quality Assurance Project Lead and Quality Assurance Project Lead/Associate Quality Assurance Project Lead/Quality Assurance Tester/Senior Quality Assurance Tester at Electronic Arts Tiburon. At Third Iron, they were involved in interview processes for Senior and Junior development team members, and tested native mobile app software for iOS, Android, and Fire OS of the BrowZine application, as well as the LibKey Nomad web extension for Chrome browser and BrowZine Website. At Square Pegs, they were a Content Creator/Writer/Editor for a YouTube channel dedicated to a love of games, gaming, toys, and all the things that make their family click. Jay Malone attended North Fort Myers High School from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Diploma. Jay then attended Edison State Community College from 1997 to 1998, studying Journalism. Finally, from 2017 to 2018, they attended Penn Foster, where they obtained a Wildlife/Forestry Conservation degree. In addition, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the ScrumAlliance in September 2013.
