Nick Steffel

Nick Steffel is a technology enthusiast and experienced information professional who plays a vital role in bridging the gap between technology and libraries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Operations at Third Iron, they provide comprehensive support to libraries and users, manage product operations, and oversee documentation processes. Previously, Nick held various roles including Techie Toolbox Exhibit Coordinator at the Metropolitan Library Service Agency, Office Assistant at Executive Speaking, Inc. and Gittleman Management Corporation, and Adjunct Faculty of Library and Information Science at St. Catherine University. Nick holds a B.A. in History and English from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and an MLIS from St. Catherine University.
