Third Nature Therapy is a holistic psychotherapy practice rooted in nervous system science, somatic healing, and psychedelic-assisted transformation.

We specialize in:
- Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
- EMDR for trauma resolution
- Somatic and Polyvagal-informed therapy

At the core of our work is the belief that healing begins with finding safety in the body. We help clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and navigate trauma with compassion and curiosity.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or longing for a deeper sense of self, our integrative approach weaves together:
- Mindfulness-based practices
- Nervous system regulation techniques
- Parts work and attachment repair
- Psychedelic integration

Founded by Julie Goldberg, MA, LMHC — a trauma-informed psychotherapist trained at Naropa University — our practice welcomes adults and professionals seeking both depth and transformation.
